CLASS 38 SCHEDULE  2025-2026

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE*:
Orientation Day, Team Building Day, Leadership Lab + Practicum Team Reveal Day, Wrap-Up Day, Practicum Project Showcase and Graduation

PERMITTED ABSENCES: Participants may miss up to two program days during the year. A 1/2 day of community service is required for each missed program day. Please note: Community service does not replace or count as equivalent to a missed program day. Arriving late or leaving early from a program day is counted as a missed day. If more than two program days or any of the five mandatory days are missed, you will not be able to graduate.

TIME COMMITMENT BEYOND THE PROGRAM DAYS:
Below is an overview of the additional time commitments and activities you'll engage in throughout the year. These elements are in addition to the 15 scheduled program days and are essential to your full participation in Leadership Napa Valley.

Practicum Team Projects

- Plan on a minimum of two team meetings per month focused on your Practicum Project

- Two additional 1-hour full team meetings with the Program Director

Enrichment Experiences Requirements

- Volunteer for at least one half-day of community service with a Napa County nonprofit

- Attend at least one public board meeting (City, County, or Special District level)

- Participate in at least one LNV Alumni activity

1:1 Coaching

- One private 1-hour leadership coaching session

Social Networking

- This includes fun informal gatherings, unplanned post-program day drinks or meals, extended team meetings, coffee chats, volunteer service and alumni events. These experiences are intentionally designed to deepen your leadership development, strengthen bonds with your classmates, and expand your connections to the Napa County community.
