The Board of Directors is proud to launch our annual Leadership Napa Valley Awards--recognizing excellence in leadership and community service:
Lifetime Leadership Award
Honoring an individual who has selflessly serviced and led in the Napa Valley community for many years. This person exemplifies enduring commitment to leadership and has been a strong supporter of LNV. This recipient is inducted into the Leadership Napa Valley Hall of Fame.
Recipient: Former State Senator Bill Dodd
Jill Techel Alumni Achievement Award
Presented by former Napa Mayor and longtime LNV Program Director Jill Techel, this award celebrates an LNV graduate who demonstrates sustained leadership and community impact aligned with LNV's mission and values.
Recipient: Megan Dominici (Class 30)
Rising Star Award
Recognizing a current participant or recent graduate (within the last two years) who has put their LNV experience into immediate action, making a notable difference in our community.
Recipient: Ben Horne (Class 35)
